Meet Jay

Mr. Jay Dokter, co-founder of the Warehouse, has over 25 years executive management experience in business and nonprofit organizations. Areas of focus include executive leadership, sales & marketing, human resource development, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and strategic planning. Mr. Dokter has lead or participated in over a dozen start-ups and high growth businesses; including domain expertise in multimedia online education, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, electronics, service sector, and retail. Mr. Dokter is currently the CEO of Vergent Products, an innovative product realization business specializing in design and manufacturing of electronics, printed circuit boards and Internt of Things (IOT) technology. He was previously the CEO at Bongo (formerly YouSeeU), a leader in higher educational technology. He is an active board member for various for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Orphan’s Hope and the Warehouse Business Accelerator. Mr. Dokter’s education includes an AAS Degree from NW Iowa, a BA from Regis University, and a MBA in Marketing and International Business from Regis University.


MEET DAN

Mr. Daniel Kamrath is a co-founder of several successful business start-ups, including CADEKA Microcircuits LLC, PortaQuip LLC, Yellowduck Investments LLC, and Financial Director of other various fast-growing companies. Mr. Kamrath has a strong financial, management, and strategic planning background. Prior to Co-founding CADEKA, he was CFO for Emergency World LLC and its affiliated companies. Mr. Kamrath has helped guide many companies through difficult technology startup and negotiation phases. For seven years prior to this, he was the Finance Director and then Director of Finance and Operations: Executive Education for Thunderbird School of Global Management. Thunderbird has one of the top 10 Executive Education programs in the world, and is consistently ranked number 1 in International Business Education. Mr. Kamrath managed operations, including campus expansion into France, Russia, Taiwan, Brazil and China. He continues to serve on the board of the non-profit Hope 4 Kids International and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University and a MBA from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.
