Final Pod Nearing Completion

Big things are happening at the Warehouse Innovation Hub! Our fourth and final manufacturing pod is almost complete, with just a few final touches remaining. We anticipate receiving our Certificate of Occupancy (COO) from the City of Loveland this week—opening the door to even more opportunities for scaling businesses.

New Space, New Energy:
With this final pod nearly online, we’ll soon have space for up to four new companies eager to join our growing community. Interest is already strong, and several companies are preparing to sign leases.
